Progressive Insurance Lawsuit
Are you a resident of any State or Commonwealth in the USA and purchased a Progressive Auto Policy which promised to pay the full value of your car if it were damaged in a collision accident resulting in a total loss claim?
If so and if Progressive hired CCC, Mitchell, or another company to appraise your car and then pay you an appraised value for the car that was less than the car’s fair value as a total loss, we would like to know.
