Fighting Predatory Loans (2008)
Our office has filed lawsuits to modify dozens of predatory home mortgages which innocent homeowners were duped into by felon Calvin Harris and his home improvement fraud scheme which operated under the name of “Philadelphia Home Improvement Outreach Program”. The Parson family mentioned in that segment was later represented by our office with the result that her loan was reduced to a small percentage of the original amount and repairs were arranged by my office by a local Philadelphia charter trade school for the Parsons family and other victims.
