Did you purchase a Progressive Auto Policy in Pennsylvania which promised to pay the full value of your car if it were damaged in a collision accident resulting in a total loss claim?

If Progressive hired Mitchell or another company to appraise your car and then paid you an appraised value for the car that was less than the car’s fair value as a total loss, we would like to know.
